Before samples ship
What we ask for, and why
Resin system
Waterborne, solvent, UV or elastic systems behave differently. This decides which route leads.
Target gloss
The number and the standard you measure against — geometry and substrate both shift readings.
Application method
Spray, roller or curtain. UV roller and UV spray need different grades entirely.
Current problem
Haze, drag, thickening, settling or appearance defects. This is usually the most useful line.
