What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or request samples we collect the name, company, work email, country and system details you provide. We do not collect data you have not entered yourself.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to propose suitable grades and to ship samples. Where you have given consent, to send technical information relevant to your stated application.

Legal basis

Consent, given by ticking the box on the enquiry form, and legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as the commercial relationship is active, and for a defined period afterward. Specify that period here before launch.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. Where a regional distribution partner is involved in serving your enquiry, we share only what is needed to do so, and we tell you when that happens.

Your rights

You can request access to the data we hold about you, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to privacy@vistamatt.com.
