- We read the system details first. Resin type, target gloss, application method and the problem you described determine which grade leads.
- You receive a screening proposal — a lead grade and at least one comparison route, with the reasoning for each.
- Samples ship once the pairing is confirmed. If anything in your brief is ambiguous, we ask before sending rather than guessing.
