Anti-Spam Policy

Effective date: 28 August 2026. This policy applies to Longyan Vista Chemical Co., Ltd., trading as Vistamatt, and to the website vistamatt.com and all of its subdomains.

1. Prohibition on unsolicited advertising

The advertising, promotion or referencing of vistamatt.com — or of any Vistamatt brand, product or web address — by means of unsolicited bulk email, unsolicited commercial email, unsolicited SMS or messaging, newsgroup posting, forum spam, comment spam or any other unsolicited message, is strictly prohibited.

This prohibition applies without exception to:

Longyan Vista Chemical Co., Ltd. and the Vistamatt brand itself;
our directors, officers, employees and contractors;
our distributors, agents, resellers and technical partners;
any marketing agency, lead generation provider or list provider engaged by us;
any affiliate, referrer or third party acting on our behalf or for our benefit.

2. How we contact people

We initiate business contact only where there is a legitimate business relationship or a specific, documented reason to believe the recipient has a professional interest in silica matting agents. Every message we send identifies the sender by name and company, states the reason for writing, and honours an opt-out request on first request and permanently.

We do not purchase, rent, harvest or scrape email address lists. We do not use open relays, botnets, hijacked infrastructure, URL shorteners or redirect services to conceal the origin or destination of a message.

3. Separation of the corporate domain

vistamatt.com is our corporate domain. It is used for this website and for one-to-one business correspondence with customers, suppliers and distributors. It is not used as a sending domain for outbound marketing campaigns, and links to vistamatt.com are not to be placed in any bulk or unsolicited message.

4. Email authentication

Mail sent from vistamatt.com is authenticated with SPF, DKIM (2048-bit) and DMARC. Any message claiming to originate from vistamatt.com that fails these checks did not come from us.

5. Enforcement

Any distributor, agent, partner or contractor found to have advertised this website through unsolicited messages will have that activity stopped immediately, and we will terminate the commercial relationship for a repeated or deliberate breach. We cooperate with blocklist operators, mailbox providers and abuse desks investigating such activity.

6. Reporting abuse

If you have received an unsolicited message advertising vistamatt.com, we want to know. Please forward it, including the full message headers, to jackson@vistamatt.com with the subject line "Abuse report". We investigate every report and reply within two business days.
